BBNaija Season 11: Keivo Disqualified After Physical Altercation With Tram

Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate Victor Ikpe, popularly known as Keivo, has been disqualified from the reality show after a physical altercation with fellow housemate Tram during the final week of the competition.

Big Brother announced Keivo’s disqualification on Tuesday, September 29, after showing the remaining housemates footage of the incident that happened on Monday night. He identified Keivo as the perpetrator and ordered him to leave the ‘Show Ya Sef’ house immediately.

The disagreement began over a black shirt which Tram accused Keivo of taking. Keivo denied the accusation, explaining that he owned a similar shirt. The argument continued as he objected to being accused of taking something that did not belong to him, before the exchange escalated into a physical confrontation.

Other housemates attempted to separate the pair as the situation became physical. Big Brother then instructed the housemates to freeze before Ninjas entered the house and escorted Keivo out through the storeroom. Keivo later became emotional while explaining his actions and maintained that the dispute had become bigger than the shirt because of the accusation against him.

When Big Brother addressed the house on Tuesday, he described the incident as a serious breach of the rules governing housemate conduct and safety. He told the housemates that disagreements and personal grievances could occur in the house, but they did not justify resorting to violence. He subsequently confirmed that Keivo was disqualified from the competition.

Before the incident, he had been among the housemates heading into the final stage of the competition. His name was taken off the official voting platform after the incident, while the remaining contestants continued in the race for the ₦160 million grand prize.

Keivo’s departure comes just days before the scheduled October 4 finale of the ‘Show Ya Sef’ season. The disciplinary action also makes him the second housemate to leave the competition this season, following Nomy’s earlier removal.

With Keivo no longer in the competition, nine housemates now remain in the ‘Show Ya Sef’ house as they head into the final days of the competition.
