With summer in season, Nigerian celebrities are making the most of it. From Bali to Monaco, the photos landing on their pages this season have been worth every second of the scroll.

A closer look at celebrity vacation style this season.

Venita Akpofure – Bali

Venita chose full cultural immersion in Bali wearing a traditional Balinese outfit. She wore a strapless, one-shoulder wrap bodice in purple and pink, sitting above a bright purple wrapped skirt covered in intricate gold-threaded floral patterns. A lime green and gold textured sash pulled tight at the waist held everything together. On top, a golden crown with filigree details and fresh flowers, a matching folding fan, heavy gold bangles, and a decorative brooch pinned to the shoulder wrap.

Chioma Ikokwu – Monte Carlo

In Monte Carlo Chioma arrived at Hotel de Paris in a sleeveless A-line mini gown printed in a geometric black-and-white wavy lattice pattern with a scooped neckline. A Louis Vuitton scarf tied under her chin like the 1960s Riviera fashion, cat-eye sunglasses, gold bangles, a white quilted leather Chanel handbag with a top handle, and white pointed-toe slingback heels with fishnet paneling at the front rounded the whole thing out.

Dabota Lawson – Positano, Italy

Dabota Lawson visited Positano for her birthday. She wore a pristine white bodycon dress with a ruched torso, soft hip folds and an asymmetric draped off-the-shoulder neckline. For accessories, Lawson went with a vintage-style headscarf tied under the chin which had a bold black-and-white border design, paired with white-rimmed square sunglasses with dark lenses. She carried an elongated leather clutch in a vibrant pastel yellow. For jewellery, she wore a silver bracelet and a wristwatch on her right wrist.

Chika Ike – Positano, Italy

Chika was also in Positano, at the Amalfi Coast. She wore a sleeveless hot pink long gown with a faux-wrap V-neckline and ruffled high-low hemline was her pick. She threw a multicoloured neck scarf loosely over her shoulders, topped it with a wide-brimmed straw sun hat trimmed with a pink and neon green ribbon around the crown, and kept jewellery simple with star-shaped earrings and a silver bracelet.

Simi Sanya – Seychelles

Simi traveled with her husband to Seychelles, wearing a sleeveless midi-length halter dress which had a classic red-and-white gingham print, a fitted bodice and a dramatic, asymmetric handkerchief hemline that created a fluid movement. Simi’s accessories included a structured rectangular clutch bag in a matching bold red colour, rectangular sunglasses with thick white frames. Her hair was styled in dark boho braids. She completed with white pointed-toe heels peeking out from beneath the draping hemline of the dress.

Thayor B – Cape Town, South Africa

Cape Town got a good look at Thayor B in a floor-length turquoise blue bodycon maxi dress. The deep plunging halter neckline, ruched hip detailing, and fabric drape running down the front center made the dress hard to miss. A white novelty hardcase clutch shaped like a seashell and stacked bangles finished things off.

Dorothy Bachor

Dorothy was photographed in an all-yellow two-piece pairing a front-knotted short-sleeve shirt with a tiered maxi skirt. Large gold hoop earrings, a black quilted Chanel bag, and bangles were her accessories of choice. Her natural curly hair sat well against the look, and the harbour stretching out behind her made the whole photo land differently.

Jackie Appiah

Ghanaian actress Jackie Appiah choosed an all white look. A ruffled off-shoulder crop top paired with flared flowy skirt, and she carried a woven Loewe basket bag. Flat sandals, oversized sunglasses, and a long garden path behind her did the rest. Nothing felt forced about it.

Priscilla Ojo – Guangzhou, China

Pricilla also travelled to China with her husband. She wore a bright yellow ribbed tank top layered with a muted olive green sweater tied effortlessly around her shoulders. She paired it with high-waisted, light-wash wide-leg denim jeans with distressed detailing on the thigh. Priscilla enhanced her outfit a bright yellow top-handle bag with minimalist hardware that matched her top from her brand and a chain necklace and several rings. Her hair was worn in blonde boho braids. She finished it off with a pastel yellow, round-toe ballet flats.

The trips were already worth talking about. The styling gave people something extra to look at.
