Kim Oprah Delivers Dramatic Ultra-Chic All-White Style in France
During her trip to France, Kim Oprah followed an itinerary arranged by Matt Concierge. She dressed for the cold and captioned her Instagram post, ‘Baby it’s cold outside.’ True to her caption, she was dressed for the freezing weather.
