Davido, who was nominated for Best African Performance for his song “With You” featuring Omah Lay, attended the ceremony alongside Chioma and wore a sharply tailored black double-breasted suit detailed with ornate silver embroidery across the lapels, cuffs and hem. Chioma opted for a sheer black gown with lace panels and black 3D floral appliqués across the bodice and skirt. The high neckline and long sleeves contrasted with the sheer fabric.

The skirt was made in sheer fabric with a high slit at the waist. She paired the outfit with a crystal headpiece and jeweled heels. The gown looked like bridal wear.
