Nomy Disqualified From BBNaija Season 11
Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate Nomy has been disqualified from the reality show after repeatedly failing to follow Big Brother’s instructions.
The decision was announced on Monday, September 7, during the Live Nominations following another instance of defying Big Brother’s instructions. Nomy had already received a strike and final warning for similar conduct.

The latest incident involved her role as the week’s Benchwarmer. Nomy and Ricky competed for the position, with Nomy eventually taking the punishment. She was instructed to wear a designated vest and remain on a particular bench as part of the arrangement.
Nomy later left the bench and abandoned the Benchwarmer bib. Big Brother questioned her about the decision and reminded her of the instructions she had been given.
Big Brother subsequently revoked Nomy’s privilege to participate in the game and gave her 30 minutes to gather her belongings and leave the Show Ya Sef house. She is also out of the race for the Season 11 grand prize.

Nomy, whose real name is Whitney Nneoma Chukwu, is a 26-year-old fashion entrepreneur from Anambra State who was raised in Lagos. She runs the fashion brand Ambition by Witme and joined the “Show Ya Sef” house hoping to use the platform to scale her business and grow her personal brand. Known in the house for her bluntness and outspoken nature, she had spent several weeks in the competition before her disqualification.
With Nomy’s disqualification, 14 housemates remain in the “Show Ya Sef” house, all still competing for the ₦160 million grand prize as the season moves into its next stage.
