On September 2, 2026, Kava TV held the premiere of its first original film, “A Mama Deola Wedding Story.” The night’s theme was “White Wedding Couture,” and guests showed up in structured gowns, beaded corsets, and tailored suits built around the theme. Here’s a list of our favourite looks of the night.

Osas Ighodaro arrived in a nude corset gown by Veekee James, designed with a sheer, crystal-covered bodice and a full lace train with floral appliqué. She paired it with a tight low bun and diamond drop earrings.

Folagade Banks, the creator of the film, who plays Mama Deola, wore a navy suit with silver embroidery running from the collar to the cuffs, paired with a white shirt, black tie, and dark sunglasses.

Hilda Baci wore a white one-shoulder gown that wrapped and pleated around her body, paired with sheer beaded gloves and silver crystal-embellished heels. Her hair was styled in soft curls, piled high.
