Are White Outfits the New Fashion Favorites Among Celebrities?
Once upon a time, white was a sacred color that was preserved for occasions like weddings, church services and on some rare occasions, owambe events. But now, our celebrities are taking it up a notch and are making bold statements with white!
From premiers to hangouts, dinner dates or photo shoots, Nigerian celebrities are fully on board and they are not here to play! Whether it’s a sophisticated agbada, a jumpsuit or a two piece, these celebrities are redefining not just fashion looks but what rocking white should look like.
Grab your popcorn and let’s take a look at 5 Nigerian A-listers who are effortlessly making white the new black! Who knows, you just might be inspired.

Medlin Boss giving the boss vibes
If there’s one thing anyone should know about Medlin Boss, it’s her ability to turn a simple outfit into a masterpiece. For the premiere of Radio Voice, a movie by Nigerian legend Mofe Damijo, Medlin decided to go all out for it!
She wore a tailored floor-length dress that had a bold front slit and a bold shoulder design. She added a bold ivory belt, a similar color of designer shades and completed the look with a gold mini Versace handbag. For jewelry, she wore pearl-drop earrings and her makeup which was very light added to sophistication of this look.
This look gave everything it was supposed to – boss lady vibes + gorgeous + simplicity. Who says white isn’t bold?

The fit, the flow, the texture of the dress and even her accessories just give the luxury and yet soft vibe! For her birthday dinner, Liquorose shows up and out!
If you didn’t believe that you could be so beautiful in white without doing too much, this is the only evidence you need. This is one of my favorites in this series because how are you so simple and so stunning in one look?
For her birthday dinner, Liquorose decided to slay without too much drama and she exceeded expectations. First off, she wore a long flowing dress which was beautifully fitted, highlighting her curves. The dress had a bold thigh-high slit while the bodice had beautiful detailing around the neckline.
Styling with only gold earrings, pointed white pump shoes, she didn’t just show up, she showed out and served a delicious treat of elegancy while keeping things simple! Moral lesson, you don’t have to do too much to slay!

Ticking bucket lists and slaying while at it – no one does it better thst Tiwa
If you thought the Queen of Afrobeat, Tiwa Savage just topped music charts, you might be wrong because she tops fashion charts too! Tiwa Savage recently visited Courchevel 1850 in France and captioned the picture ‘’Another one off the bucket list!’’ Talk about ticking boxes while slaying unapologetically! Who’s the queen again?
Tiwa rocks an all-white outfit – a bodysuit that fitted perfectly with a puffer jacket that was just right for the cold weather and finished it off with white snow boots – it’s giving ‘’I’m made for the slopes and the spotlight’’ at the same time.
For jewelry, she added a layer of energy with oversized, yet gorgeous sunglasses and tiny pearl earrings. Even while ticking bucket lists, Tiwa is giving it to us hot – and in white!
Sharon Ooja

When the grace of Sharon meets the elegance of white, you just have to stare!
Sharon Ooja’s ability to look so graceful in whatever she puts on is something that needs to be studied. And when such grace meets elegance of white, you can only gaze in admiration.
For a thanksgiving services with other celebrities including Funke Akindele and Tope Alabi, Sharon styled a sleeveless structured top with gold buttons with a wide-leg white trousers that gave clean and simple.

Tems and Kim Kardashian Coordinate in Dark Shades for SKIMS Launch
Tems and Kim Kardashian posed together at the celebration for SKIMS‘ new flagship store on Regent Street in London on September 18, 2026.
Tems wore a black strapless dress with a thin beaded trim across the top and a skirt that fell straight down to her ankles. She wore her hair in a half-up curly style, added drop earrings and a bracelet, and wore a dark plum lip colour.

While on the other hand, Kim wore a chocolate brown leather dress with a corset-style top and lace-up detail running down one side of the skirt. Grommets lined the opening diagonally, and the dress was fitted at the waist. Tems’ dress stayed flat through the fabric, while Kim’s had more structure built into the top half, with the leather giving it a harder texture than the soft material Tems wore.
Here, the two dresses appeared together without clashing. Both women kept their outfits dark and fitted, with no bright colour or print in either look.

The photos were taken at the opening of SKIMS’ first flagship store outside the United States, a two-floor space designed by Rafael de Cárdenas that included a large sculpture by artist Vanessa Beecroft near the entrance. Kim co-founded SKIMS with Jens Grede in 2019, and the London store opened during London Fashion Week on a ten-year lease with the Crown Estate. Guests were served cocktails and food, with a DJ set from model Kim Turnbull before a private dinner later in the night.
Tems was among the guests at the event, along with other names from music and fashion, including Central Cee, Troye Sivan, Kim Petras, Ellie Bamber, and designer Kim Jones. SKIMS has said it plans to open more than 100 stores worldwide by 2027.
