Detty December is as much about music as it is about style, and no one captured the festival’s energy better than Wizkid. From surprise stage appearances to his headline show, every outfit he wore this season stood out for its thoughtfulness and stage-ready appeal.

At the Detty December Fest in Ilubirin, Wizkid made a memorable entrance during Gunna’s headline set wearing an all-black outfit. He paired a clean black T‑shirt, fitted but not tight, with relaxed trousers. Slim shades and layered chains brought subtle detail. The simplicity highlighted his confidence, putting him at the centre of attention.

For his headline night at Tafawa Balewa Square, dubbed The GOAT: Greatest of All Time Experience, he combined streetwear with refined comfort. Relaxed trousers were matched with a textured top, while his choice of footwear balanced style and performance ease. The outfit allowed him to move freely under stage lights while keeping a distinct fashion presence.

Even off-stage and backstage appearances followed the same approach. Oversized trousers, clean T‑shirts, statement shades, and understated jewellery created looks that were practical yet visually engaging. Fans captured these moments online, tagging them with #DettyDecemberDrip.

Accessories played an important role in his ensembles. Slim shades, layered chains, and carefully chosen wristwear contributed to a clean, considered appearance. The combination created a refined, cohesive look.

What made Wizkid’s wardrobe during Detty December remarkable was how consistent it was with his personal style. The colour choices were deliberate, fabrics were performance-ready, and each outfit reflected his character. Rather than following trends, he used fashion to express his music identity, producing looks that felt genuine.

Even in a festival full of bold and eye-catching outfits, Wizkid kept his style grounded and intentional. Every piece he wore fit perfectly, moved well on stage, and reflected his personality, showing confidence and consistency that left a lasting impression.

According to her, the challenges people face daily have influenced the way she thinks about bringing children into the world. She questioned whether having children is always the ultimate expression of love, arguing that life often comes with struggles that no one can completely avoid.

She suggested that anyone considering parenthood must also think about the kind of world future generations will inherit. Her comments reflected a broader conversation that has gained attention globally, as some people increasingly weigh social and economic realities when making decisions about starting a family.

Ini Dima-Okojie announced the birth of her baby boy with husband Abasi Ene-Obong on Wednesday, and the way she broke the news was nothing like what her fans would expect. She turned 36 on June 24, 2026, and instead of her usual birthday routine, she shared something far more personal.

Those who follow Ini on Instagram know her birthday posts are always an elaborate affair;themed concepts, and carefully planned photoshoots. This year, none of that happened. She posted a few simple hospital photos of herself holding her newborn son, with a heartfelt caption.

“Every year, my birthday comes with a photoshoot, glam, and a carefully planned concept. This year, none of that felt quite right. Instead, I’m sharing a photo from the day my son was born. The day my life changed forever. Because as special as every birthday has been, this one feels different. This year, I celebrate as a mother,” she wrote.

She did not stop there. “There is no role I have ever played that has humbled me, stretched me, challenged me, or filled my heart quite like this one. These past weeks have been some of the most beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and rewarding of my life.”

She called her son “the cutest boy with the sweetest dimples” and said getting to know him has been “the greatest gift.” She also admitted motherhood gave her a new respect for every woman raising a child. “The newborn phase is no joke, and I definitely didn’t fully understand what was waiting for me. But even on the hardest days, I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.”

She wrapped it all up with: “I feel incredibly grateful that God chose me for this responsibility. Today, I celebrate another year of life, but even more than that, I celebrate the privilege of being his mum.”
