Her style is edgy, fearless, and packed with a chic sophistication that any fashion lover can appreciate. 1. The Edgy Black Leather Jumpsuit

Sophia’s black jumpsuit look is anything but ordinary. This sleek one-piece combines textures in a unique way: from the waist down, it’s all about glossy, eye-catching black leather, giving it a bold vibe. But the twist comes with the upper half—transparent sleeves add a delicate touch, and the “X” design along the neckline makes it instantly unforgettable.

Paired with a classic black handbag, this look is a mix of edgy and sophisticated, perfect for an evening out when you want to stand out without saying a word. If you love adding texture to your wardrobe, this is a style worth exploring.

2. The Bold Black Long-Sleeve Jumpsuit

Next up, Sophia rocks a sultry, long-sleeved black jumpsuit with a daring, wide cut at the chest. This design offers a balance between classy and bold, creating an eye-catching statement that’s sophisticated without going overboard. Paired with black heels, it’s the perfect outfit for a night on the town, an upscale event, or whenever you want to channel that extra bit of confidence.

This look works especially well for those who like to keep things simple yet impactful, and it shows how a classic black outfit can be reinvented with just a few bold cuts and choices.

Sophia brings versatility to her black wardrobe with a long black cardigan paired with a high-waisted leather skirt, completing the look with black heeled boots. This outfit proves that black can be just as dramatic in layers. The cardigan’s flowy silhouette contrasts with the sleek, structured leather skirt, creating a balance that’s both effortless and edgy.

Perfect for cooler days or a stylish city look, this combo lets you play with layers while keeping a chic monochrome theme. With Sophia’s styling inspiration, this look can be a go-to for anyone looking to bring a bit of elegance into their every day attire.

So whether you already have styles you rock or don’t really have a thing for black, Sophia shows us how to not just wear black but how to wear it in style!

On May 7, 2026, Toke Makinwa posted some photos on her Instagram with the caption “Outside but Untouchable.” Recently, she expressed to us that Hertunba has a permanent spot in her wardrobe. The media personality and entrepreneur have reached for the Lagos-based label more than once in a short period of time, and that kind of repeated loyalty means Toke does not wear things by accident. Every look is carefully picked out.

She wore a dona coal top which had thick blue halter-style straps, a deep V-neckline with a triangle-shaped cutout just above the waist and an oversized red lip motif centered on a wide, peplum-like base. She paired the top with a high-waisted midi skirt in matching black fabric.

Her jewellery were simply stud earrings, silver bracelets and a wrist watch. She wore her hair in loose waves with a clean middle part and her makeup consisted of warm earthy tones and a nude-pink lip that complemented her skin. Makinwa completed her outfit with gold-coloured strappy heeled sandals.

This is not the first Hertunba look she has worn recently. Her last outing in the brand was a bold striped co-ord, a matching top and skirt in contrasting colours that leaned into pattern and print. This one is different, the all-black midi with its graphic bodice and flowing skirt is a step up.
