Dede Ashiogwu Puts Y2K Nostalgia Back on the Radar
There’s just something about Y2K fashion that keeps pulling us back in. It’s bold, it’s unapologetic, and it remains instantly recognizable. Dede Ashiogwu, entrepreneur, fashion influencer, and BBNaija season 10 runner-up, embodies that same vibe. She’s never been one to fade into the background, and her latest look really drove that point home.
In a recent Instagram post, she wore the I.AM.GIA × Fafifafinettes mini dress, featuring spaghetti straps, a mint-and-aqua colour palette with yellow colour-block accents, an anime-inspired graphic across the front, and a double-layered lace ruffle hem.

She accessorized with a pearl and crystal choker, the Ariana Grande × Swarovski crystal tennis bracelet, and a silver hand chain. She carried a burnt orange Louis Vuitton Alma BB in epi leather. She wore open-toe stiletto heels adorned with colourful daisy embellishments from the Rene Caovilla Bloom Limited Edition sandals.

She wore a pixie cut wig, while her makeup complemented the outfit with defined eyes, a warm blush, and a classic 90s-inspired ombré lip, blending a deep brown liner into a glossy nude. She captioned the post: “real life, not just a moodboard.”

In an earlier Instagram post for the Big Brother Naija Season 10 reunion, she wore an oversized acid-wash denim trench coat over a matching lace bralette and a floor-sweeping high-waist skirt. Her latest appearance takes a different direction with a lighter Y2K-inspired outfit.

Spilling the Beans: Yvonne Godswill Just Perfected the Ultimate Coffee Run Uniform
Yvonne Godswill stepped out on 16 June, 2026, for a simple coffee run. She stepped out in a white floral embroidered shirt, wide-leg black trousers, and a burgundy bag, captioning it “Comfortable enough for a coffee run. Chic enough for anywhere else”.

Photo: Instagram
She wore a stylish short-sleeved white button-down shirt, left unbuttoned at the bottom. It was beautifully detailed with bright, multicolored floral and botanical embroidery that brings to mind traditional Mexican Otomi. Underneath, she paired it with high-waisted black trousers that pooled around her feet.

Her hair was styled in a chic black bob with flipped ends and a deep side part, adding a retro influence. Her makeup was kept in nude shades. She accessorized with a burgundy leather handbag with gold hardware, bold cherry red 3D floral statement earrings, and a wrist watch. On her feet, she wore deep burgundy Maison Margiela Tabi flats that matched the handbag’s deep burgundy tone.

Beyond fashion, Yvonne continues to build her personal brand through her businesses, including Cravecakes.NG and her upcoming lifestyle line, Affluence Paradise.
Just last week, she stepped into a bookstore in a navy and light blue striped rugby polo tucked loosely into wide-leg denim jeans, finishing the look with low white sneakers.

Reading Between the Lines: Tomike Adeoye’s JanbyJan Suit is Pure Art
Tomike Adeoye took on hosting duties at the Global Grace Activation event in a white cord-detailed blazer and midi skirt set by Nigerian label JanbyJan, and the outfit was well suited for the occasion.

Photo: Lyons Studio
She wore a custom-tailored, two-piece skirt suit from Nigerian brand Official JanbyJan. Her white blazer had a sharp silhouette with peaked lapels and was fitted at the waist, elevated by intricate black abstract embroidery that swirls across the front and sleeves. She paired it with matching high-waisted column midi skirt.

The look was completed by a sharp, asymmetric bob by Mallia World, and a nude-toned makeup look by TMT by Layinka. Her accessories included drop earrings and rings. She completed it with vibrant cherry red strappy heels that provided a contrasting burst of colour against the monochrome outfit.

Away from the fashion conversation, Tomike has been making moves on a bigger stage. The media personality was recently announced as part of Woof Studios Africa’s delegation to the 2026 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, where she will join other leading African creators in conversations about culture, storytelling, and the creator economy. It is a significant nod to her growing influence beyond Nigerian screens, and one that positions her firmly among the names shaping Africa’s creative future globally.

Not long ago, Tomike Adeoye wore a deep burgundy four-piece LoveladyBiba set while hosting the Omoekoh Wealth and Impact Summit in May, featuring a corseted top, wide-leg trousers, a matching tie, and a white shirt layered underneath.

Omowunmi Dada’s Powder Blue Bag Is the Real Star of Her Monochrome Look
In Omowunmi Dada’s latest pictures, her dusty-blue bag is the first thing you notice. The Nollywood actress stepped out in a full white outfit, and while the look itself was clean and put-together, it was her bag that made everything click. She showed us that nailing a monochrome look isn’t just about sticking to the rules, it’s about knowing how to add your own twist to it.

Photo: Tolu Law
She wore a sleeveless white vest with wide structured lapels, a deep V-neckline, and a flap detail at the hem and a tailored silhouette that gave it a clean, modern aesthetic. Paired with matching high-waisted, wide-leg white trousers that dropped smoothly down to the floor, partially covering her shoes.
Her hair was worn in a long, black wig, parted neatly in the middle. Her makeup was kept warm, with a smoky eye and a glossy nude lip.

Her accessories are where it gets interesting, with her bag being the main highlight. Against the all-white outfit, she carried a square top-handle dusty-blue leather bag featuring distinct horizontal paneled flaps and a minimalist design, creating a contrast. For jewellery, she went with gold accents, including small chunky hoop earrings, a thin necklace, and a slim bracelet. Dada paired the outfit with the same shade of pointed-toe heeled pumps that peeked out from beneath the wide-leg trousers. Images by Tolu Law.

This is a different side of Omowunmi Dada from the printed halter-neck maxi dress and bright yellow bag she wore on June 8. That look was colourful. This one keeps the focus on structure, with the bag carrying the colour story.
