The film, directed by Robert Peters and produced by Charles Okpaleke, dramatizes the 1993 hijacking of a Nigerian Airways flight, which was a socially and politically significant incident. In this instance, a gang of youthful hijackers aimed to draw attention to the terrible political situation in Nigeria under military control.
