Tiwa Savage Shared Some Pictures Of Her Latest Music Video “Forgiveness”
Nigerian music diva, Tiwa Savage on Friday released her latest single, ‘Forgiveness’. She also released a preview video for the new track on X. ‘Forgiveness’ is a beautiful ballad that covers themes of healing, atonement, and self-love. It was co-produced by outstanding producers Supa Dups and Digenius, Directed by Thedesgray and Starring Kenderick. It is also a profoundly personal song about Tiwa Savage’s past hardships and her quest to self-acceptance.”What are we even fighting for?” Tiwa enquires, saying, “I don’t want flowers; they die and stink up the place.” Forgiveness,” which comes after her successful soundtrack CD for her debut feature film, “Water & Garri,” which was released in May 2024, displays the 44-year-old award-winning musician’s vocal diversity and emotional depth.

Tiwa also took the music video of FORGIVENESS to a different level. The video is a whole drama that showcases the ups and downs in a relationship. In the opening she is asked a very crucial question about her relationship “Do you feel like your partner understands you?” and she replies, “No,” and this lack of understanding can be seen in their love story, which shows their misunderstanding despite the love they have for each other.
Apart from the beautiful story which the video dramatizes, it also displays captivating visuals, inside of the house where the shot begins, the drive through a Rocky Road, the stop at a local fuel station and the RV bus where Tiwa and her lover stopped to have a lovely time.
I think the team should have expanded on the story and raised the tension and stake in the relationship. We could see a place where one of them is on the verge of walking away and the other has to go the extra mile to save the love they have.
Apart from these Tiwa Savage Forgives makes a must watch music video.
The music diva also has a high sense of fashion and is versatile with her style. I prefer to call her wild and free. With a beautiful physique Tiwa Savage gives a hot flair to whatever she wears, and she actually loves to show off that beautiful body. She would leave you drooling at every picture she drops on her page.

The Flash Mob at Lagos is a beautiful dance choreography displayed by creatives on the busy street of Lagos in Lagos Island. Tiwa Savage on her post on Twitter says I quote “Because l’m from Lagos Island, this one is very special to me” she thanks all the creative who per-took in the choreography and demands to know which city is next.
Tiwa Savage has been a big hit in the Nigerian music industry ever since her days as the queen of Mavin crew. She has sang to the soul of fans with her songs and “Forgiveness” is indeed another wonder art created by her. It embraces a relatable story experienced by many.
It is currently Streaming on all major Platforms and the music video is out on her YouTube channel.

Mr P Gives Fans a New Reason to Love ‘I Love You Because’
Mr P is back in familiar territory with I Love You Because, a song less concerned with saying “I love you” than with explaining why. It comes from his OG Forever project and centres on a woman who carries calm, maturity and self-respect rather than chasing attention, a point he underlined himself when he shared the line “I love you because you love yourself” around the release. The official video takes that same idea and gives it a striking visual form.
Rather than shooting a standard performance video, the whole thing is rendered in a painterly, almost animated style, with visible brushstrokes and swirling textures running through every frame. It gives the video a dreamlike quality from the first scene, more like watching a moving painting than a typical music video.

The story stays simple: Mr P moves between intimate indoor spaces and open, romantic backdrops, with a woman appearing across several scenes as the object of affection.
Mr P looks at ease throughout, dressed in a camo-patterned bucket hat and matching jacket that stays consistent across most of the video. He performs with his usual confidence, using expression and movement to sell the song’s warmth. There’s a lightness to how he carries it, nothing about the delivery feels heavy or sad, which fits a song built around appreciating someone rather than losing them.

The visuals are where this video really hits. One scene places him in a wooden interior with an old-style television playing in the background. Another takes him outdoors against a red-brick building with fire escapes running up the side. The most striking moments come at night, where he’s framed against a swirling, star-filled skyline that leans into the same painterly style as the rest of the video. the video follows other couples through scenes of their own: a library lined with bookshelves and a red curtain, where the lady appears in green, a grand hall with columns and a chandelier, and a rooftop setting at night where she wears red against the city lights.
The song and video sit comfortably together because the visuals never try to overpower the message. The painterly style gives the whole thing a soft, romantic mood that matches the lyrics without needing a complicated plot to carry it.
