Tacha’s London Style Era: Bold, Unapologetic, and Fashion-Forward

Published

on

Since moving to London, Tacha has shaken the internet with her fashion game. From her makeup, shoes, outfit, hairstyles, bags, and poses, Tacha is obviously on a fast train, and it would be difficult for other Nigerian celebrities to match her speed. Because she came ready. Yesterday, she blew the internet with her latest outfit, baggy jeans, a corset crop top, and a big jacket that screamed confidence and cultural pride.

Let’s talk about this look. No, let’s study it like fashion students because Tacha didn’t just wear clothes, she told a story. A blend of street style, high fashion, and subtle Afrocentric energy made this outfit pop right in the middle of London.

The Look That Shut Down the Internet

In this first pose, we can see  Tacha, strutting down the street like she owns it, and honestly, who’s going to argue? Because she did with her outfit. Her corset-style crop top gives just the right amount of sexy without trying too hard. The deep neckline and laced-up detailing bring all eyes to the center, but it’s her glowing skin, sleek blonde hair, and intentional poise that seals the deal.

If you pair that top with wide-legged, denim pants that could easily swallow an average fashionista, then you’ve got yourself a power combo. But wait, it gets better. Those large black leather pockets stitched to her trousers? Functional or not, they add a layer of texture that elevates the whole look from just “cool” to “crazy stylish.”

And then the jacket. Tacha throws on a rich, patterned, kimono-style jacket that nods respectfully to African heritage while slaying a completely modern, international vibe. It’s like she’s saying, “Yes, I’m in London. But I brought my roots with me.”

Bag like no other

The Golden Statement Piece

Now let’s talk about that bag. That golden, sculpted, artsy bag deserves its own Instagram fan page. It’s not your regular designer piece, it’s a moment of its own. The bag loops around like a twisted rope of gold, with knot detailing that mimics fine jewelry. It doesn’t just accessorize her look; it dominates.

This is one of the reasons Tacha is fashion-forward. She’s not afraid to go bold. That gold bag didn’t whisper “look at me.” It shouted. And in this shout, it told us one thing: this woman is intentional about her game. She’s mixing elegance with edge, and it’s working perfectly.

London Has a New Style Sheriff

Tacha’s London fashion era is not just about looking good. It’s about dominance. It’s about stepping into a new city and rewriting the style rules. From soft glam makeup to ultra-modern pieces and traditional patterns blended with street fashion, she’s literally giving us an entire mood board every time she steps out.

This is fashion storytelling. It’s bold because she doesn’t shy away from contrast. It’s unapologetic because she’s not toning it down for anybody.  And it’s fashion-forward because she’s ahead of the curve in every outfit she  steps out in. Yesterday she blended cultural roots with global fashion trends in a way that feels effortless but powerful.

Social Media Can’t Keep Calm

After these photos dropped, the internet went wild. Twitter fashion pages reposted. Instagram influencers recreated. TikTokers made style breakdowns. One user tweeted, “Tacha is not dressing to impress, she’s dressing to intimidate—and I love it.”

Fans are begging for outfit details, especially about the golden bag, while others are praising her stylist for consistently putting her in looks that align with her attitude: confident, bossy, and that girl.

Wrapping Up

Tacha’s London style era is officially a fashion masterclass. It’s fresh, fearless, and fabulous. With each look, she’s proving that Nigerian celebrities can absolutely hold their own in global fashion conversations. This is more than a glow-up—it’s a takeover.

And if this is just the beginning, we can’t wait to see what her next London street-style moment will bring. One thing’s for sure: it will be bold, unapologetic, and unapologetically Tacha.

The Weiz Dhurm Franklyn Dress Worn by Mimi Yina Is a Work of Art

Published

Mimi Yina was seen recently in a dress by Nigerian designer Weiz Dhurm Franklyn, and it was unique one. The hot pink colour was the highlight of the gown, but the details of the outfit are what makes the dress noticeable.

The dress has a dramatic high-low silhouette, with a short, fitted sequined skirt visible at the front and a long flowing train that falls to the floor. The gown appears to be made from a pleated fabric, giving it a voluminous texture. It has a halter-neckline and is designed with large flora-shaped bows, one at the waist and the other one near the knee.

She paired the outfit with simple silver strappy heels and minimal jewelry. Everything worked well with the strong outfit. Her hair and makeup were kept neat and natural.

The outfit design is distinctive. Weiz Dhurm Franklyn took a different approach with this piece, especially in how the details of the dress were handled. On mimi the dress suited her, like it was meant solely for her. With the bright colour adding more character to the overall look.

With bold colours and heavy details becoming more common, this dress still stands out because of how well it was put together. Nothing feels random, from the pleats to the bow placement.

Rema - Instagram

Divine Ikubor, better known as Rema, has built a reputation not just for his music but also for his personal style. In a recent interview, the Nigerian Afrobeats star shared his approach to fashion, especially his preference for black, and revealed how his mother influences the way he dresses.

Rema often starts with the basics, choosing black pieces as the foundation of his outfits. He explained that black allows him to build looks that reflect his personality without unnecessary distraction. This approach appears consistently in his streetwear, stage looks, and public appearances. He pays attention to details such as accessories and fit, combining comfort with a sense of personal expression.

Family also plays a role in his choices. Rema said his mother values him dressing in ways she considers responsible and presentable. He described this as guidance rather than limitation, a reminder of his upbringing and the values that shaped him.

In discussing style, Rema noted that clothing is a form of self-expression. He also touched on relationships, explaining that while financial stability matters, style and presentation are more important when considering a partner. This perspective mirrors his approach to fashion: thoughtful, intentional, and grounded in personal standards rather than trends or external pressures.

Rema’s comments provide insight into how he balances public image and personal values. For him, fashion is more than appearance; it is a way to express identity, stay connected to his roots, and respect the expectations of those closest to him.
