This week, a number of celebrities shaped the style conversation across events, shoots and red carpet appearances. Their looks became instant reference points, the kind you can’t help but screenshot. Here are the outfits still lingering in our minds.

Adekunle Gold made a red carpet appearance at the launch of The Macallan timeless collection on April 18, 2026, in a double-breasted jacket featuring a relaxed, oversized silhouette with wide peak lapels. The simple vertical stripes added a classic, structured feel. Underneath, he wore a crisp white dress shirt with a wide, exaggerated collar worn open and flared over the suit lapels for a 70s-inspired feel. Edo Heads West in Barrel Pants and a Cowboy Hat

Ini Edo attended the premiere of ‘Michael Jackson’ and referenced Michael Jackson’s signature hat and styling . “How I attended the private screening of Michael (The Legacy Room) this evening. I thought… what other way to honour this iconic character but to pull up in MJ’s signature hat game and jacket paired with indigenous pair of gorgeous pants by Chidimma Fashion. I believe I clocked this look” she captioned.

The Nile Entertainment hosted the high-profile gathering  in collaboration with Universal Pictures and Nigerian music icon Mr. P (Peter Okoye). The event took place on April 19, 2026, at EbonyLife Place in Victoria Island, Lagos. The screening brought together 24 notable figures and several Nollywood stars to celebrate Jackson’s impact on music and film before the movie’s official nationwide release on April 22. While most celebrities arrived in varied looks, Ini chose to represent the essence of the event through her outfit.
