If there is one thing we have come to expect from Anita Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, is that she consistently delivers memorable fashion highlights, from achieving Guinness World Records for marathon makeovers to other viral appearances her fashion choices have always matched her public appearances. This time, the former BBNaija star and serial entrepreneur took to her Instagram to share some photos which she captioned with “Grace in every step, STRENGTH in every look”. She wore a custom-made dress built around a dramatic cowl neckline that extends into a cape-like structure over both shoulders. Soft in fabric yet structured, it sits well on her body. The yellow colour highlighted her skin tone.

Her glam complemented the outfit perfectly. A soft bronzed makeup look that included bold brows, paired with warm neutral eyeshadow and a nude ombre lip with gloss finish. Tacha’s hair was styled in bouncy waves in a warm honey-blonde that transitioned into a darker brunette at the roots.

She accessorized the outfit with a white Dior Saddle bag with gold-tone hardware that sat cleanly against the yellow dress. Silver pointed-toe heels and a stack of gold bangles on one wrist rounded out the look, every detail considered, including pink-tinted oversized sunglasses that elevated the look. The shoes and bag added contrast to the bold colour of the outfit.

Beyond the outfit itself though, what stood out was simply the way she wore it. Tacha makes every outfit work with style.

She wore a full monochrome outfit with her clutch adding contrast. Neutral tones, no fuss, and London as her backdrop, Yvonne Godswill kept the styling minimal. The monochrome approach meant every detail worked. The fit, fabric, and accessories worked together. Chimezie Imo Pays Homage to Michael B. Jordan’s “Sinners” Look

Chimezie Imo - Instagram

Chimezie Imo has been in the U.S. for several weeks, sharing a series of street-style looks on Instagram, from Brooklyn to Times Square. A common thread across these outfits has been a focus on monochromatic shades. Yesterday, he posted a new look that marked a departure from his usual street style something more elevated. With the “Sinners” track ‘Magic What We Do’ by Ludwig Goranss attached to the post, it became clear he was paying homage to Michael B. Jordan’s dual characters in the film, captioning the photo: ‘Meet me at half past 4’.

He wore a mid-length charcoal grey herringbone overcoat with notched lapels and buttoned front. He layered it with a yellow and brown plaid vest paired with a white shirt and a burgundy-coloured tie running straight down the middle. For his bottom he wore wide-leg, high-waisted grey trousers that matched the cool tones of his overcoat.

Chimezie accessorized his look with a grey flat cap that complemented his black leather gloves and a bold red Telfer bag as a statement piece. His outfit was completed with black patent leather shoes.

The strength of the look comes from its layering. Many men avoid waistcoats, but Chimezie wears a full three-piece outfit. The plaid waistcoat under the wool overcoat provides a break in the solid tones of the coat, while the burgundy tie matches the red in his bag, completing the outfit.

He carried black leather gloves in one hand, adding a classic accessory to the outfit.
